Product Warranty Information


All Nose Pedal products are covered with a 1 year limited warranty. The warranty covers the functionality of the products. If your pedal stops working within a year of purchase and has not been opened or tampered with electronically, then you can send it back for a free repair or possible replacement. Note that Free customer service is offered by email for any questions you may have about how to use your pedal properly or if your pedal is not working properly. The warranty does not cover broken LEDs, knobs, jacks, and switches due to abuse to the product. They are built to last on a pedalboard, but not when used for batting practice. However, we will fix any such parts for a reasonable price.



Money Back Guarantee


All of our products come with a One Week Money Back Guarantee. If you buy a pedal and it does not work, is the wrong purchase, or is not compatible with a pedal of yours, you have one week to return it to us for a full refund or exchange, not including shipping time. Basically, you can’t gig on the pedal for 30 days and then return it- you have a one week guarantee. We do reserve a right to charge or retain a restocking fee for those pedals that are not in perfect cosmetic and functional condition when returned. However, this is rare. Most pedals that are returned or exchanged are perfectly fine. Note: We do not allow refunds, returns, or exchanges on “custom shop” pedals since they are special jobs for only a particular client. Although, we do offer the same warranty for repairs if the product is not functioning correctly and we will work with you to be sure that it’s the pedal you want built before it’s hits production and shipped out.



Product Returns


If you are making a return, please allow 1-2 weeks for inspection, repair, or replacement of your pedal. Most product exchange turn-around times are much quicker than repairs. Please be sure that the pedal is packaged at least as good as when you received it. Please do not open the pedal, tamper with parts, or change/add cosmetic features if you are planning on a return.
