Product Warranty Information

All Nose Pedal products are covered with a 1 year limited warranty. The warranty covers the functionality of the products. If your pedal stops working within a year of purchase and has not been opened or tampered with electronically, then you can send it back for a free repair or possible replacement. Note that Free customer service is offered by email for any questions you may have about how to use your pedal properly or if your pedal is not working properly. The warranty does not cover broken LEDs, knobs, jacks, and switches due to abuse to the product. They are built to last on a pedalboard, but not being used for batting practice. However, we will fix any such parts for a reasonable price.

 

Product Returns

Please know what you are buying before you buy it. In general, we do not accept returns- unless the pedal isn’t working correctly on arrival, or other special occasions. If you receive a product that does not work, it should be immediately addressed and sent back for an exchange. We do not accept returns at all on any custom pedals, custom pedalboards, and mods. All sales are final for all custom work and mods. If returns happen, we reserve the right to charge or retain a restocking fee for those pedals that are not in perfect cosmetic and functional condition when returned. Also, make sure your order is has the correct address during checkout, or when you pay your invoice. We will ship to the address on the invoice.

 
If a return, or repair does happen, please return everything that came in your package. We do not provide shipping labels or pay for returns/exchanges, unless the product was the wrong product shipped, or was dead on arrival. Even so, we recommend you asking to purchase extra insurance, as we have had a few products damaged here and there because of shipping carriers. Shipping & Handling

Please be sure your address is the correct shipping address BEFORE you checkout. This is to protect both the buyer and the seller. We can only ship to a verified shipping address. Please do not ask us to ship to a different location that what was provided durning checkout. If you are on tour, or about to move, let us know before purchasing.

 
All shipping is calculated during the store checkout process. For invoicing, we calculate shipping individually for each order. We find the cheapest methods possible. Shipping is charged accordingly on larger items, pedalboards, cases, mods, and custom pedals. Once your order is complete, tracking will be provided by either Paypal, USPS.com, Stamps.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com. If you’d like to purchase different methods of shipping, please specify during your order by email or through the Paypal process. You will be billed for any extra shipping. Do we ship internationally? Absolutely. International shipping methods are available and will calculate during the checkout process with Paypal.

 
We do not have a set production & shipping time. Please do not make a purchase if you need next day shipping. Our time for production to shipping varies and changes throughout the year. We are constatnly building and shipping. If you’re curious about a shipping/delivery time, please contact us. Secure Checkout

Use the “AddToCart” button on each product page to add your product(s) to the Cart. When you are ready to checkout simply click “ViewCart” at the top-right of the website to continue the checkout process. Payments and invoices are process via Paypal, Quickbooks, and Square. You do not need an account for Paypal, Quickbooks, or Square to complete a checkout. You can use your debit/credit card and even your bank account directly to complete a checkout process.
